Our still white was produced from our 2020 harvest of seyval grapes. the nose carries plenty of elderflower, cut grass and green apple leading a palate of clean green and citrus fruits such as lemon, grapefruit and apple. It is well balanced, fresh with persistent integrated acidity and a great aperitif or seafood partner.
